Computer Graphics Student Awards
Win an Internship in Canada, Australia, Europe, Singapore or India
The Computer Graphics Student Awards is an annual event which showcases and rewards excellence in computer graphics from students and recent graduates. To date, the event has already helped kick-start the careers of 11 digital artists and we are proud to announce that we are now accepting entries for 2011. Qualified students at schools from all over the world are encouraged to submit their Demo Reel to our judging panel and compete for prizes and internships at the world's leading production studios.
As always, we've made a number of improvements to the awards. The biggest improvement is that the event is now open to all students and recent graduates from around the world. We have also split the event into three clear categories: Student of the Year, Studio Internships, School of the Year. All entries are automatically entered into the Student of the Year category, but it's now elective to be in the running for one of our 18 internships in the Studio Internship category.
There will be 10 finalists selected for the Student of the Year category, 1 Runner-Up, and 1 overall winner who will share in over $50,000USD worth of hardware, software and subscriptions.
